Understand any fees, charges, and payments that you may need to make, and understand exactly what you are getting or them. It will give you a better idea of where your money is going, and help you take advantage of everything you are paying for.
2. Know the time restraints. Question how long it will take to get repairs. How long can you go without your printer? Will you have to wait for parts to come in if something breaks down? Knowing this can help you plan and be aware of what to do if something bad happens.
3. Understand the effect on your business. These office machines are purchased to help you get more done. Make sure that this machine is really helping your business. If you aren’t getting improved performance then you shouldn’t be paying for the machine.
