If you are responsible for a fleet of printers and copiers across the nation, surely you have gotten the pitch that sounds something like this, “If you use our company, we can save you 5% per year, and with your number of devices, this could be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings!”

Beware of the copier company that promises the world.  There are always costs associated with getting techs all over the country.  Especially the techs to remote areas.  If you are trying to do it as cheap as possible, this may work.  A better system costs money to put together and the staff to support it.
